Who we are
Launchedstream Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners with plumbing trouble. We connect you with independent providers in our network. That is all we do, and we want to be clear about it.
We do not send anyone to your home. We do not do the repairs. The provider you speak with is an independent business.
Why this exists
The first time a pipe bursts or a drain backs up, it is confusing. You search online. You see a long list of names. You are not sure who is nearby or who picks up the phone.
We built Launchedstream Plumbing to cut that down. Less searching, more time to deal with the problem. The goal is simple: help you reach a local provider while the problem is still small.
How matching works
You call or send a request. We look at what you need and where you are. Then we connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area, such as Snoqualmie or somewhere in the Snoqualmie area.
Availability depends on the provider and the day. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are asked to be clear and respectful with homeowners. That means:
- Explaining the problem in plain words
- Giving a written quote before major work
- Being honest about what is and is not needed
- Holding any licenses their state or city requires
You should still ask each provider to confirm these things yourself. That is a smart habit with any contractor.
What we do not do
We do not do plumbing work. We do not set prices. We do not decide what your repair should cost or how it should be done. We also cannot tell you whether your insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How we are paid
You pay the provider for the work, not Launchedstream Plumbing. Providers in our network may pay us for the referrals we send them. This does not change what you are quoted, and you are never required to hire anyone.
